Graduated in Modern Literature and later in Modern Philology, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Throughout her academic journey, she has developed strong skills in critical analysis, communication, and the understanding of cultural and interpersonal dynamics. Her interest in the HR field stems from the combination of a humanities background and a strong people-oriented approach, with a particular focus on organizational processes, talent development, and human resources management.
